Booking Terms & Conditions.
Effective Date: 2026
This Booking Terms & Conditions Policy outlines the terms that apply when booking appointments with Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
1. Booking Appointments
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit amounts vary depending on the treatment booked and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
2. Consultations
All new clients are required to attend a consultation before treatment.
A consultation allows the clinician to assess your suitability for treatment, discuss your concerns and goals, explain the proposed treatment, outline potential risks and benefits, and answer any questions.
Booking a treatment does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out. Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsafe or not in your best interests.
3. Medical Information
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date medical information, including but not limited to:
- Current medical conditions
- Medications
- Allergies
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- Previous cosmetic procedures
- Any changes to your health since your previous appointment
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of complications and may result in treatment being declined.
4. Payment
The remaining balance for your treatment is payable immediately following completion of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For treatment courses, the remaining balance is payable following completion of the first treatment session unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Outstanding balances must be settled immediately.
The Clinic reserves the right to suspend future appointments where payment remains outstanding.
5. Payment Authorisation
Where your appointment has been secured using a debit or credit card, you authorise Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic to securely retain your payment method through our payment provider, Stripe.
If payment for treatment is not made on the day of your appointment, you authorise Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic to charge the debit or credit card used to secure your booking for any outstanding treatment balance.
This authorisation also applies to any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees due under this policy.
A receipt will be issued for every payment processed.
Clients choosing to pay by cash must settle the full balance before leaving the Clinic.
Where payment remains outstanding and no payment card has been provided, Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic reserves the right to recover any outstanding balance through appropriate legal or debt recovery procedures and to recover any reasonable costs permitted by law.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled, rearranged or missed with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being refused.
The Clinic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive cancellation charges in exceptional circumstances. Any such waiver shall not constitute a precedent or affect the Clinic's right to enforce these Terms & Conditions in future.
7. Treatment Results
Medical aesthetic treatments are tailored to each individual.
Results vary between clients and depend on factors including age, skin quality, lifestyle, medical history and compliance with aftercare advice.
No guarantee or warranty is given regarding treatment outcomes, longevity of results or the number of treatments required.
8. Aftercare
Following treatment, you will receive verbal and/or written aftercare instructions.
It is your responsibility to follow this advice.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may increase the risk of complications and may affect treatment outcomes.
Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic cannot accept responsibility for adverse outcomes that result directly from failure to follow aftercare advice.
9. Refund Policy
Medical aesthetic treatments are professional healthcare services.
Refunds cannot be provided once treatment has been carried out or once a treatment course has commenced.
Where concerns arise regarding your treatment, Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic will undertake an appropriate clinical review and discuss suitable management options.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10. Refusal of Treatment
Fine Aesthetic Medicine Clinic reserves the right to refuse, postpone or discontinue treatment where:
- Treatment is considered clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
- A client is medically unsuitable.
- Unrealistic expectations are identified.
- Valid informed consent cannot be obtained.
- Required payment has not been made.
- Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour is displayed towards staff or other clients.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Medical records are stored securely and confidentially in accordance with legal and professional obligations.
12. Complaints
