Meet the Team

Dr Amr Ibrahim — Medical Director

Dr Amr Ibrahim graduated from the University of Toronto in 2015 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, along with double minors in Immunology and Physiology.

In 2019, he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from St George’s University of London Medical School.

Currently employed as a Clinical Fellow in Trauma & Orthopaedics at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Dr Ibrahim brings an exceptional depth of medical knowledge and precision-based expertise to aesthetic practice.

As Company Director and Medical Director of FAM Clinic, he leads with a philosophy that blends science and artistry — achieving subtle, refined results that enhance each patient’s natural features.

Melissa Amey — Nursing Director

Melissa is an accomplished Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Adult Nursing (DipHE) and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. She has also completed Bachelor-level modules in Skin Surgery, strengthening her advanced dermatological skills.

With over 12 years of experience in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, Melissa has worked across major NHS Trusts and private hospitals throughout the UK.

As Company Director of FAM Clinic, Melissa combines her clinical expertise with strong leadership and patient-focused care, ensuring every client receives the highest medical and aesthetic standards in a safe, supportive environment.

Faye Konradt — Beauty and Skin Therapist

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, Faye brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for skin health and aesthetics. Her expertise in advanced skin treatments and holistic beauty therapy enables her to deliver transformative yet natural results.
